对香荚兰的酶促生香及超临界CO2 萃取香气成分进行了研究 ,并用GC -MS技术对萃取物的成分进行了分析。酶促生香研究结果表明 ,采用外加 β -葡萄糖苷酶可以促进香荚兰青荚中糖苷化合物分解完全 ,提高豆荚中香兰素的含量 ,克服传统生香工艺存在的缺陷。通过研究影响超临界CO2 萃取的主要因素 ,确定了萃取的最佳操作参数。萃取物的组成成分大部分为主要的香气物质 ,萃取物的香气浓郁 ,特征香味突出
The enzymolysis of vanilla and supercritical CO2 extraction aroma components were studied, and the composition of the extract was analyzed by GC-MS technology. The results of enzyme - induced health incense showed that the addition of β - glucosidase could promote the decomposition of glycoside compounds in Phellodendron chinense Pall. And increase the content of vanillin in pods and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional method.
