随着科学技术的发展,传感器的应用也日益广泛。传感器就其总的性质来说,可以分为物理传感器和化学传感器两大类。物理传感器是使机器人等仪器装置具有人的眼睛和耳朵的触觉;化学传感器相当于人的鼻子和舌头,能感觉到气味和味觉。所以广义的说,能感知并检出被测对象之信息的仪器装置就可以称为传感器。近年来在环境保护、医疗卫生、国防科学以及工农业生产等各方面,作为计量并进而结合自动控制的探头,化学传感器的重要性显著增加。
