目的探讨HRCT(High resolution CT)扫描对周围型小肺癌的征象显示率及诊断价值。方法15例周围型小肺癌均进行CT常规扫描后对病灶区域加薄层扫描，10例进行动态增强扫描，具体是空泡征(5/15)、分叶征(9/15)、支气管气像(3/15)、毛刺征(11/15)、胸膜凹陷征(5/15)、血管纠集征(5/15)。结论 HRCT对周围型小肺癌的检出、大小测量及征像显示率方面明星优于普通CT。“,”objective To investigate the HRCT(High resolution CT) in imaging and diagnosing peripheral small cell lung carcinoma methods] 15 patients with peripheral small cell lung cancer were all cheoked with HRCT,and 10 cases were performed with dynamic.The incidence of lobucation sign(5/15) lobulation sign (9/15) air-bronchogram(3/15) marginal speculated sign(11/15) pleural indentation sign(5/15) convergence of peripheral vessols(5/15).HRCT was snperior to standard CT in detectiong small lung cancers,measuriag the size and demon-strating the characteristic signs.The anthors recommended HRCT to be the modality of choice for eval-untion of small pulmonary nodules.
