我院自1988年4月自行研制了一种包皮钳,并运用该器械施行包皮切除术60例,现报告如下。器械介绍:包皮钳(附图)是将鼠齿钳的前端安装两个相同直径的圆环,并在相对应的环面四周制作10个穿出的小棘,环面处还做有相吻合的细圆纹。根据国人阴茎大小共做了不同圆环直径的包皮钳5把。手术方法:常规消毒铺巾。阴茎根部采用普鲁卡因阻滞麻醉。选择大小适中的包皮钳,将钳的下环套在阴茎冠状沟稍上方,把包
