《宋会要辑稿》食货三四之二七至二九中有连续三条记载记录了洪迈等臣僚针对信州铅山县采铜情况所提的建议以及宋政府的处理意见。其中,第一条记载标注的时间为宋高宗绍兴十二年(1142)七月十二日,主要内容是洪迈引述永康县知县余(?)对信州铅山县采铜情况进行的调查及建议。第二条记载标注的时间是十一月十四日,永康县知县余(?)奉旨赴都堂陈述建议,皇帝诏令耿延
