针对竞争环境下MTO企业订单的接受决策问题,提出以价格竞争的策略获取订单并建立了订单竞标决策过程模型。考虑订单竞价与赢取订单可能性的效益背反关系,以企业利润最大化为目标,建立了订单竞价决策数学模型;以订单竞价决策模型为基础,分析了企业总人工时与订单成本估算准确率以及企业利润的关系,提出了合理有效的企业总人工时分配策略;最后以实例验证了模型及策略的有效性。
In order to solve the accepting decision problem of MTO enterprise orders in the competitive environment, this paper proposes that the price competition strategy should be used to obtain the orders and establish the order bidding decision process model. Considering the contradictory relationship between the order bidding and the profitability of winning orders, the mathematical model of order bidding decision was established with the goal of maximizing the profit of the company. Based on the order bidding decision model, the accuracy of the estimated gross labor and order cost And the relationship between corporate profits, put forward a reasonable and effective corporate total hourly allocation strategy; Finally, an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and strategy.
