目的:探讨户籍人口和流动人口缺陷儿发生的危险因素。方法:对北京市朝阳区2007年239例出生缺陷儿采用χ2检验和二值非条件Logistic回归模型,对19个可能与缺陷有关的因素进行分析。结果:北京市朝阳区户籍人口与流动人口围产期出生缺陷儿发生率差异有统计学意义,在α=0.05水准上,最终进入二值非条件Logistic回归模型的因素有:母亲学历、母亲年龄、产次。讨论:在防止缺陷儿发生中户籍人口尤其对学历高的加强健康教育,注意选择最佳生育年龄,而流动人口尤其要加强计划生育管理。
Objective: To explore the risk factors of census register population and floating population defect. Methods: Chi-square test and binary non-conditional logistic regression model were used to analyze 239 cases of birth defects in Chaoyang district of Beijing in 2007, and 19 factors that may be related to defects were analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference in the incidence of perinatal birth defects among registered permanent residents and floating population in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The final entry into the binary non-conditional Logistic regression model at α = 0.05 level were: maternal qualifications, maternal age , Production times. Discussion: To prevent the occurrence of defects, the census population should strengthen health education, especially for those with high academic qualifications, and pay attention to choosing the best age for childbearing. In particular, the floating population should strengthen family planning management.
