随着时代的发展进步也促使了医院内部经济管理模式的变化,现阶段医院内部经济管理模式逐渐向科学化和精细化方向发展,以更好的提高医院财务管理效力水平。本文重点分析医院在财务战略思维应用中提升财务管理效力的具体措施,从而为医院的发展进步提供理论指导和借鉴。
With the development of the times, the internal economic management mode of the hospital has also been promoted. At present, the internal economic management mode of the hospital is gradually developing toward the scientific and meticulous, in order to better improve the effectiveness of the hospital’s financial management. This article focuses on specific measures to improve the effectiveness of financial management in the application of financial strategic thinking in hospitals so as to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the development and progress of hospitals.
