2月5日,驻守在西北边陲塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地的武警第五支队,用专车送走了最后一批13名回乡休假官兵。从官兵们满面春风的脸上,可以感受到那份返家的急切。第五支队本着基层主官、战士和有实际困难“三优先”原则,严格落实干部士官探亲休假计划。春节前,19名干部和49名士官拿到预订车票,踏上回乡的路。为激发干部动力、缓解基层压力,第五支队还组织5名营以下年度排名第一的干部赴内地参观见习,安排9名优秀机关干部到基层一线代职,为7名实际困难突出的干部发放3.8万元救济金。
