僵尸企业是指那些无望恢复正常生产经营,仅仅通过循环举债或取得政策资金支撑而逃离倒闭结局的企业。僵尸企业的大举负债,既是对信贷资源的浪费,也违背了资本市场优化资金配置、推动经济结构调整、促进社会经济发展的目的。处置僵尸企业对信贷资源的占用,需要坚定决心、自上而下、多策并举。
Zombie enterprises refer to those enterprises that are hopelessly recovering from normal production and operation and escaped the bankruptcy only by circulating borrowings or obtaining policy funds. The massive debts of zombie enterprises are both a waste of credit resources and a violation of the capital market’s aim of optimizing capital allocation, promoting economic structural adjustment and promoting social and economic development. Dealing with the occupation of credit resources by zombie businesses requires firm determination and top-down and multi-policy initiatives.
