用电话通知召开会议,是在会议筹备时间比较短促的情况下经常采用的一种方法。与书面通知相比,它具有传递速度快并可多人分头同时进行等特点。但由于电话通知是口头表达和对方边听边记,因此很容易发生差错。要做到准确无误,笔者认为必须注意如下几点: 一、准备工作讲求一个“细”字。 主要是指平时应周密细致地掌握必要的基本情况。一是可根据会议的不同类型,平时就拟出常用的各种会议通知单;二是根据不同范围平时做好本地区的单位归类工作,即同一类型的单位归到一处并编录成书面的东西;三是加强同有关方面特别是同级几大家机关的沟通和联系,
