近年来,天门市地税局对内重视加强地税文化建设和关爱职工,既提升了队伍士气,又凝聚了人心;对外积极参与结对帮扶、抗灾捐赠、义务献血、关爱留守儿童和智障儿童等社会公益活动,树立了良好的社会形象。天门市地税局先后获得“第十二届全国职工职业道德建设先进单位”、“省级最佳文明单位”、“湖北五一劳动奖状”、“全省法制宣传教育和法制建设先进单位”等殊荣。机关图书室被中华全国总工会授予“全国工会优秀职工书屋”荣誉称号。
