本文以当下零缺陷管理的基本思想为主要依据,从建立推行零缺陷管理的组织、确定零缺陷管理目标、进行绩效评价、建立相应的提案制度以及建立表彰制度五方面展开深入的研究,目的在于加大对水利工程管理的“零缺陷”方法研究力度,从而提升水利工程管理质量。
