Objective: To observe the long-term effect of forearm fractures in children with poorly reset. Methods: A total of 85 children with severe forearm fracture were treated by closed reduction. Among them, 41 patients with poor reset received their best position. 37 patients were followed up for 2 years and 4 months to 8 years with an average of 5 years and 4 months. Results: The appearance and function of all cases were satisfactory. Conclusion: There is no correlation between the age of injury and the recovery of motor function. The prognosis of distal fracture is better than that of proximal segment. Closed reduction is the preferred method of double forearm fractures in children.
