随着我国市场经济的不断完善,我国的产权交易活动越来越频繁,一方面对于我国经济的发展有很大的好处;另一方面,过于频繁的产权交易活动中也存在着很大的风险。如何并防范这些内部风险,是当前我国产权交易活动面临的主要问题。本文通过分析我国产权交易的内部风险,阐述相关的防范举措,并指出交易活动中需要注意的几点事项。
With the constant improvement of the market economy in our country, the transaction of property rights in our country is more and more frequent. On the one hand, it has great benefits for the development of our economy. On the other hand, there is also a great risk in the property rights transactions that are too frequent . How to prevent these internal risks is the main problem that our country’s property right transaction faces nowadays. This article analyzes the internal risks of property rights transactions in China, elaborates the relevant precautionary measures, and points out some issues needing attention in the trading activities.
