以人为本是中国特色社会主义理论体系中科学发展观的核心,同时也是我国进行社会主义现代化建设的重要原则之一,在体育教学管理改革工作中贯彻落实以人为本的教育理念能够更好完成工作,实现体育教学观念的转变,健全高校体育教学模式,构建和谐高校体育教学。本文从以人为本思想的内涵出发,研究将以人为本思想应用到体育教学管理工作中的相关问题。
Putting people first is the core of scientific concept of development in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and one of the important principles in China’s socialist modernization. Implementing the people-oriented educational concept in the reform of the management of physical education teaching can better complete the work and realize the goal of sports The change of teaching concept, the perfect college PE teaching mode and the construction of harmonious PE teaching in colleges and universities. Based on the connotation of people-oriented thinking, this paper studies the application of people-centered thinking in PE teaching management.
