目的通过对比,分析普通高校与重点大学学生在食品安全知识、态度和消费行为方面的差异。方法分别抽取嘉应学院531名大学生和中山大学524名学生进行问卷调查。结果中山大学学生食品安全知识的认知状况不比嘉应学院大学生好,两所高校大学生在食品安全形势评价、主动搜寻食品安全信息和知识方面的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。中山大学学生对食堂非常放心的比例高于嘉应学院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。嘉应学院学生根据环境卫生及食品安全程度选择用餐地点的比例高于中山大学学生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论与嘉应学院学生相比,中山大学学生在食品安全知识、态度和行为方面没有明显优势,原因是绝大部分学生并未受过食品安全教育,建议两所高校对大学生开展食品安全教育。
Aim To compare the differences between ordinary colleges and universities and key university students in the knowledge, attitude and behavior of food safety. Methods A total of 531 students from Jiaying College and 524 students from Sun Yat-sen University were surveyed. Results The cognition status of students’ food safety knowledge in Sun Yat-sen University was better than that of Jiaying College students. There was no significant difference between the two universities in food safety situation evaluation, active search of food safety information and knowledge (P> 0.05). Sun Yat-sen students to the canteen is very assured that the proportion of higher than Jiaying College, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Jiaying College students in accordance with environmental hygiene and food safety degree of choice of dining places than the proportion of students in Zhongshan University, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000). Conclusions Compared with Jiaying College students, there is no obvious advantage for Sun Yat-sen students in food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior because the vast majority of students have not been educated in food safety. It is suggested that two colleges and universities should carry out food safety education for college students.
