研究了韭菜(Allium tubeosum R.)在不同环境条件下的光合特性。韭菜的光饱和点为40klx,半饱和点为9klx,光补偿点为122lx,光合作用适温的高限为23℃。在5~23℃下的净光合速率值相同。韭菜的二氧化碳饱和点为400ppm,补偿点为42ppm。在晴天,韭菜净光合速率的日变化呈双峰曲线,上午大峰,下午小峰。中午和下午净光合速率降低的主要原因是叶温过高、空气相对湿度过低和气孔阻力过大。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Allium tubeosum R. under different environmental conditions were studied. Chives light saturation point of 40klx, half-saturation point of 9klx, light compensation point of 122lx, photosynthesis suitable temperature limit of 23 ℃. The net photosynthetic rate was the same at 5 ~ 23 ℃. Leek carbon dioxide saturation point of 400ppm, compensation point of 42ppm. In sunny days, the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of leek showed a bimodal curve, with a peak in the morning and a peak in the afternoon. The main reason for the decrease of net photosynthetic rate at noon and in the afternoon is that the leaf temperature is too high, the relative humidity of the air is too low and the stomatal resistance is too large.
