《公共场所卫生管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)的颁布,使公共场所卫生管理工作由过去的行政管理转变为法制管理,由一般的感观卫生检查转变为有明确卫生指标的检验监测,从而使我国公共场所卫生管理工作纳入了科学管理的轨道。现仅就公共场所经常性卫生监督工作程序方面的有关问题谈谈粗浅体会。
