鲁政发[2008]75号各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:为贯彻落实党的十七大和省九次党代会精神,调整优化产业结构,转变经济发展方式,走新型工业化道路,实现工业由大变强,现就加快全省产业集群发展提出以下意见。一、充分认识加快产业集群发展的重要意义产业集群是某一产业领域相关联企业及其支撑体系在一定地域内的发展,并形成具有持续竞争优势的经济群体.发展产业集群,有利于优化经济结构,转变经济发展方式;有利于集约利用土地等资源,集中进行环境治理;有利于带动中小企业发展,扩大社会就业,提升区域和产业竞争力;有利于统筹区域和城乡发

I. Fully understand the importance of accelerating the development of industrial clusters Industrial clusters are the development of associated enterprises and supporting systems within a certain area in a certain area, and form an economic group with sustainable competitive advantages. Development of industrial clusters is conducive to optimizing the economy.
