作为中国民营企业成功的典范,华为在向“大公司”发展的同时,正在遭遇管理危机。一家到了1000亿元规模的公司,它面临的最大问题是什么?海尔集团的“全球营业额”突破了1000亿元,联想集团依靠并购IBM PC,去年的营业额也达到了170亿美元,即使美元贬值了一些,算起来也是过了1000亿了。华为去年也突破120亿美元了,如果保持目前的良好增长态势,突破1000亿可能也就是这两年的事情。

The Haier Group’s “global turnover” exceeded 100 billion yuan. The Lenovo Group relied on the acquisition of IBM PCs. Last year’s turnover also reached 17 billion US dollars.
