氢醌乳膏中氢醌可起脱色作用,主要是通过抑制酪氨酸酶,阻断酪氨酸转变成3,4-2羟基苯丙氨酸而抑制黑色素的合成,临床上用于黄褐斑、黑变病等色素沉着以消除皮肤色斑。由于氢醌遇光或暴露在空气中易氧化成对苯醌而变为褐色,因此,在以往该制剂的配制中出现了易变质、难保存等诸多弊病,经我们改进后的氢醌乳膏基本上避免了以上的缺点。
