听力理解是掌握外语的一项基本技能,如何提高英语听力教学的质量越来越受到关注。因此,应用型本科大学英语听力教学迫切需要解决的问题是怎样提高大学生的英语听力技能,提高大学英语听力的教学效果。在听力学习的过程中,常常出现的问题是学习者只注重了语言基础知识的提高,例如单词的读音、词汇的积累和语法的掌握等,而对于听力背景知识,即图式积累的关注不够。本文从图式理论入手,分析图式理论在英语听力理解的作用,进而探讨图式理论在大学英语听力教学中的启示。
Listening comprehension is a basic skill of foreign language learning, and how to improve the quality of English listening teaching has drawn more and more attention. Therefore, the application of undergraduate English listening teaching urgent problems to be solved is how to improve college students’ English listening skills, improve college English listening teaching. In the process of listening learning, the common problem is that learners only pay attention to the improvement of basic knowledge of language, such as the pronunciation of words, the accumulation of vocabulary and the mastery of grammar. However, there is not enough attention to the background knowledge of listening, . This paper begins with schema theory and analyzes the function of schema theory in English listening comprehension. Then it explores the implications of schema theory in college English listening teaching.
