以重庆江北国际机场新航站楼工程为背景,对其主楼钢桁架的铸钢节点(以三肢铸钢节点ZG-2c为例),编制APDL语言程序实现参数化建模,并利用有限元软件ANSYS的统计分析模块(PDS模块),采用基于概率理论的数值模拟方法——响应面法(RSM),对铸钢节点这类实体结构进行可靠性分析。根据有限元单次运算的结果,选取不同的失效应力作为强度限值,获得铸钢节点相应的失效概率及可靠度指标。分析表明:铸钢节点工作状态是安全可靠的;由各随机变量的相关系数及影响程度比值,明确了影响铸钢节点工作性能各因素的显著性程度;最后探讨了对于类似节点失效模式选取时需要注意的原则。
Taking the construction of the new terminal of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport as a background, the parametric modeling of APDL language program is developed for the steel castings of the steel truss of the main building (taking the cast steel ZG-2c as an example) and the finite element software ANSYS statistical analysis module (PDS module), based on the probability theory of numerical simulation method - Response Surface Method (RSM), the reliability of the cast steel nodes such entities structure. According to the result of finite element single operation, different failure stress is selected as the strength limit to obtain the corresponding failure probability and reliability index of cast steel joints. The analysis shows that the working status of the cast steel joints is safe and reliable. The correlation coefficients and the ratio of the influence degree of the random variables make it clear the significance of each factor affecting the workability of the cast steel joints.
