流体输送管道是工程中广泛使用的系统元件,其动力特性直接关系到系统的安全可靠性,因此输流管道动特性研究正引起工程界愈来愈多的重视。本文分析研究了两端支承的长直输流管道的弯曲振动特性,运用模态截断法给出其数学模型的近似特征解。并在亚临界流速域对实际管道在不同支承情况的弯曲振动进行测试和模态分析,其结果与理论分析相符合。本文提出的管道振动研究方法适合于工程管道的振动和噪声分析和管系的优化设计。
Fluid delivery pipeline is a widely used system component in engineering. Its dynamic characteristics are directly related to the safety and reliability of the system. Therefore, the research on the dynamic characteristics of the transmission pipe is drawing more and more attention in the engineering field. In this paper, the bending vibration characteristics of long straight pipelines supported at both ends are analyzed and studied, and the approximate characteristic solution of the mathematical model is given by modal truncation method. In the subcritical flow field, the bending vibration of the actual pipeline under different supporting conditions was tested and modeled. The results were in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The proposed pipeline vibration research method is suitable for vibration and noise analysis of engineering pipelines and optimization design of pipelines.
