蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)是珍贵药用植物天麻的主要营养供应者,本身也有一定的药用和食用价值,现已在我国大量生产。但蜜环菌在人工培养条件下容易退化,因此,在生产中需要简单易行的复壮方法。本文对此进行了研究,现报道如下: 材料与方法 1、菌种 蜜环菌种引自陕西省微生物研究所。经二年之中数次继代转接,已出现诸如生长变慢、菌索变细,褐色素分泌增多等退化现象。 2、培养基 1号:去皮土豆200克(煮水)、葡萄糖20克,KH_2PO_41.5克,MgSO_4.7H_2O1.5克,蛋白胨5—8克,琼脂18克,水1000毫升。用10%NaOH调PH为
