课堂是育人的主渠道,传统的课堂教学是以教师向学生传授知识、学生接受知识为主。“一言堂”现象屡见不鲜,教师的讲解代替了学生的个性化学习活动,课堂气氛沉闷,学生思维、能力等得不到全面的发展。新课程强调教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。课堂教学要实现由“教”到“学”的转移,使学生实现由“学会”到“会学”的转变,注重培养学生的独立性、自主性,培养学生的参与意识。这就需要教师在教学过程中,为学生创设民主、和谐的课堂氛围,确立学生在课堂中的主体地位,引导学生积极主动地参与到教学活动中,促进学生全面发展。
