根据连退机组出口卷取机软带套筒穿带的工艺特点,提出了一种简便高效的自动穿带方法,在实现带头的软带区域高精度定位的基础上又保证了生产效率。从软带套筒特点、测量环节选取、穿带方式改进及具体算法实现等几个方面证明了该方法在硬件配置和理论上的可行性。该方法在现场应用效果良好,能有效地避免带钢内圈产生的横折印。
According to the technical characteristics of the belt take-up reel with continuous take-off unit, a simple and efficient method of automatic threading is put forward, which guarantees the production efficiency on the basis of high-precision positioning of the leading soft zone. This paper proves the feasibility of the method in terms of hardware configuration and theory from the aspects of the characteristics of the soft belt sleeve, the selection of the measurement links, the improvement of the wear pattern and the realization of the specific algorithm. The method has good effect in the field and can effectively avoid the cross-folding caused by the inner ring of the strip.
