今年3月21日,“于永正语文教学研究所”揭牌。这让我想到了怎么向名师学习的问题。学名师,学什么?我发现好多青年教师往往热衷于学名师的一招一式。学于老师,一些人就模仿他的做派,比如上课时摸摸孩子的脑袋,跟孩子握握手,拥抱一下孩子,等等。有的学得惟妙惟肖。这让我想到了明代的抗倭英雄戚继光的一句名言:师其意,不泥其迹。他讲的是带兵打仗,强调的是学习别人的军事思想,而不是拘泥于别人打仗时的一招一式。我们向名师学习也是这么一个道理,要从根本上去学,而不是简单的模仿。比如我们学习于老
