“二战”后,日本作为被迫宣布无条件投降的战败国,面对着遭受了多年战争破坏的严重局面,日本战后的各届政府无一例外地都相继把发展经济、增强日本经济实力作为一项长期坚持的基本国策。为此,日本“二战”后的科学技术政策,始终都是十分强烈地围绕着这一基本点而逐步展开的,从而在各个时期随内外条件的变化而编织出各种色彩鲜明的图案。本文将按时间顺序对“二战”后日本政府的科技政策作一概略的历史考察。
