医院的日常管理包括两个主要方面的工作,一是医院的实质工作,就是医疗工作;一是医院的实际工作,就是服务工作。一个医院医疗技术水平高低可以表明一个医院的实质水平如何,而一个医院的服务质量高低又可以反映出一个医院的实际工作好坏。简单地说,医院工作中医疗工作就是实质工作,服务工作就是实际工作。实质工作的优劣会影响医院的工作和声益,而实际工作好坏也同样会影响医院的利益和名声。在医院管理中,不但要抓好医疗工作,重视实质工作,而且还要狠抓服务工作,讲究实际工作。因为服务工作具体体现了社会主义医院的性质和医务人员的医疗道德。
