为进一步了解当前大一新生的心理健康状况,为心理健康教育工作提供依据,本文运用网上心理测试的方法对某高校大一新生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果显示,有明显心理问题的学生占24.19%,可能有心理问题的学生占23.10%;对(想轻生)做肯定选择者占总数的2.63%;同时,新生在强迫、人际关系敏感、偏执、精神病性以及焦虑等方面存在的问题比较突出。高校应加大心理健康知识的宣传力度,加强心理教师队伍建设,为大学生健康成长创造良好的心理社会环境。
In order to further understand the current mental health status of freshmen and provide the basis for mental health education, this paper uses online psychological tests to investigate the mental health of freshmen in a university. The results showed that students with obvious psychological problems accounted for 24.19%, students who could have psychological problems accounted for 23.10%, those who made a positive choice (who wanted to give birth) accounted for 2.63% of the total; at the same time, freshmen were forced, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid, Mental illness and anxiety and other aspects of the problems more prominent. Colleges and universities should increase publicity of mental health knowledge, strengthen the construction of psychological teachers, and create a good psychosocial environment for the healthy growth of college students.
