我省常迂春旱,群众有“春雨贵似油”的说法。棉花抪种后往往因为墒情不足造成缺苗减产。据于城县气象站记载,近二十年中就有七年因春季干旱不能按时抪种或抪种后不能出苗。一般年分缺苗20%左右,干旱年份常达30—40%。有时补种两、三次也不能保证全苗,浪费了工时,也影响了产量。如何在春季缺墒的情况下,提高棉花抪种质量,争取一次全苗,几年来我们总结了一项早春起埂保口墒的简便方法。经实践检验,效果很好,受到群众欢迎。具体作法
