目的探讨软脉胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的机制。方法采用双侧颈总动脉结扎,制作慢性脑灌注不足动物模型,观察软脉胶囊对大鼠脑组织ET-1、CGRP及海马CA1区n-NOS表达的影响。结果软脉胶囊可降低大鼠脑组织中ET-1,升高大鼠脑组织中CGRP,同时可明显提高大鼠海马CA1区n-NOS的表达。结论软脉胶囊对慢性脑灌注不足大鼠脑组织具有保护作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Ruanmai Capsule in treating vascular dementia. METHODS: Bilateral common carotid artery ligation was used to make an animal model of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion. The effects of Ruanmai Capsule on ET-1, CGRP in brain tissue and n-NOS expression in hippocampal CA1 region were observed. RESULTS: Ruanmai Capsule can reduce ET-1 in rat brain tissue, increase CGRP in rat brain tissue, and significantly increase the expression of n-NOS in rat hippocampal CA1 region. Conclusion Ruanmai capsule has protective effect on brain tissue of rats with chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.
