本文认为,商业规模是商业生产力的外在表现,体现着商业生产力系统得以运行的数量规定.影响商业规模的因素,既有经济方面的,也有非经济方面的.其中,社会生产力水平以及由此决定的商品生产规模是决定商业规模的根本因素;体制与政策则是影响商业规模的直接因素,也是商业产业发展的重要环境资源.经济体制改革以来,我国商业平均增长率远远高于同期社会总产值的增长率.今后,我国商业产业规模将在较长的时期内保持相对扩张的趋势.作者对我国商业发展的总体政策提出建议.
