自1965年以来,在衡阳边远山村常常暴发流行一种类似Loeffler综合征的流行性哮喘性疾病,常集中每年的6月中旬至7月上旬。发病率高(1965年为47.3％),病程一般为4～10天,可以自愈,预后良好。但病期多需卧床,影响健康,妨碍生产。为研究本病性质,探讨发病原因和流行规律,以迅速控制流行,特将1965年所作调查,结合以后几次调查资料整理报告如下:
Since 1965, endemic asthma diseases like Loeffler’s syndrome have been commonly reported in remote mountain villages in Hengyang, and are often concentrated in mid-June to early July each year.
