各位先进集体和先进生产者代表同志们:在全国群英大会上,我们听了朱德同志代表中共中央的祝词,听了李富春副总理和其它许多中央首长的报告,听了全国工业、交通运输、基本建设、财贸等各个战线上许多先进生产者代表的讲话;在分别召开的我们建筑系统先进经验交流会上,刘部长又给我们做了报告和具体指示,我们还要很好地交流建筑业各方面的先进经验。这些都有力地鼓舞我们进一步发挥冲天干劲,推动增产节约运动新高潮巩固持续地发展下去,从而更好地为超额10%完成今年施工任务,为提前三年完成第二个五年计划的主要指标,为争取1960年继续大跃进而奋斗!参加这次会议的有来自全国各地的建筑安装、城市建设、勘察设计、建筑材料方面先进集体和先进生产者代表共500人。您们在工作中,特别在1958年大跃进以来,为党和国家作出了巨大的贡献,创造了许多宝贵的经验;同时大家对工会工作也给了很大的支持,我谨代表中国建筑工会全国委员
