国内各采油厂在油井井口取样时基本均采用简易的直排式窄口取样瓶,在取样过程中常会造成油样喷溅的现象,加大了现场操作人员的工作强度,甚至部分油井由于硫化氢含量较高,可能会形成操作人员硫化氢中毒的现象。本文结合原油、气体、水的物理特征及现场油井井口流程,研究出了油井井口多功能密闭取样装置,有效的解决了传统简易窄口取样瓶在录取油井动态资料过程中出现的难题。本实用新型涉及油田采油技术领域,特别涉及自喷井、抽油井井口取样,是一种新型安全环保多功能油井井口取样装置。
