《中华人民共和国人民武装警察法》赋予武警部队优先使用权,武警部队在执行安保任务过程中,遇有紧急情况时可以依照法律程序,有优先乘坐交通工具、优先通行以及使用设备、设施、场地和其他物质的权利。对于武警部队优先使用权有关问题的分析,有利于明确武警部队在执行任务过程中的权利和责任,从而确保武警部队更好地完成安全保卫任务。
