在教学实践中,我们发现,师生之间情感沟通有着重要的作用。如何与学生真正深入地进行情感交流,进而促进其身心健康、提升其学习热情,依旧是教育工作者急需解决的现实问题。处理好了这个问题,就可以充分调动学生的主观能动性,促进其积极地学习和生活,真正实现育人目标;反之,则不利于学生的发展。以学生为本位的育人模式有助于学生重塑或保持积极的心态。一、“学生本位”育人模式中情感交流的意义中国儒家讲究以人为本,就是所谓的人本位。
In teaching practice, we found that the emotional communication between teachers and students has an important role. How to communicate emotionally and truly with students in an in-depth manner so as to promote their physical and mental health and enhance their enthusiasm for learning is still a pressing issue for educators.
