社会在不断地发展进步,终身学习的思想也越来越得到重视,职业教育培训所占据的地位愈加重要。本文以交通行业的职业教育培训为例,主要分析了目前我国职业教育培训工作存在的一些问题,并针对问题提出了相应的解决对策。
The society is constantly developing and improving, and the thinking of lifelong learning is getting more and more attention. The occupying position of vocational education and training becomes more and more important. This article takes the vocational education and training of the transportation industry as an example, mainly analyzes some existing problems of the vocational education and training work in our country, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.
