根据１９９４年１１月全国勘测设计工作会议的精神与指标和有关文件要求，各大设计院要在１９９７年底，使ＣＡＤ（计算机辅助设计）的出图率达到８０％以上。这是一项非常困难的任务。如果不建置“工程图纸自动输入、处理与管理系统”，则这一要求难以做到。目前，不少设计院都在考虑建置这样一个系统，来进行“二次设计”，以便提高出图率，但这方面的经验较少。本文分析、介绍近几年来考虑、关注的有关这方面的理论与技术发展情况，供读者参考。
According to the spirit and targets of the National Survey and Design Conference held in November 1994 and the requirements of the relevant documents, major design institutes should make CAD (Computer Aided Design) charting rates above 80% by the end of 1997. This is a very difficult task. If you do not build “automatic drawing of the input, processing and management system,” this requirement is difficult to achieve. Currently, many design institutes are considering the establishment of such a system to carry out “secondary design” in order to improve the drawing rate, but less experience in this area. This article analyzes and introduces the theoretical and technical developments that have been considered in the recent years and are of concern to readers for reference.
