目的分析超声分诊工作在超声科中的重要性以及必要性。方法我院超声科于2015年1月开始正式开始实施分诊工作,分析在超声分诊工作实施前后的患者满意程度评分、工作质量评分和工作差错率。结果相比超声分诊工作实施前,在实施超声分诊工作后患者满意程度以及工作质量评分明显提升,工作差错率明显降低,所有差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声科中,设置分诊工作可明显提升工作质量和患者满意程度,并可明显降低工作差错情况,有着很高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the importance and necessity of ultrasound triage in ultrasound department. Methods The Department of Ultrasound in our hospital started to carry out triage in January 2015 and analyzed the patient satisfaction score, work quality score and work error rate before and after the implementation of ultrasound triage. Results Compared with the ultrasound triage before implementation, the patient satisfaction and quality of work improved significantly after the implementation of ultrasound triage, and the error rate of work was significantly reduced (all P <0.05). Conclusion In the department of ultrasound, the setting of triage can obviously improve the quality of work and patient satisfaction, and can significantly reduce the work error situation, which has a high application value.
