高技能人才的职业素质教育是当今职业技术院校教学改革面临的一个重要问题,它关系到职业技术院校高技能人才素质培养的方向和人才规格培养的定位。为此,我们在青岛选定了20多个企业进行了“高技能人才职业基础素质的需求以及高技能人才对自己职业基础素质的要求”的专题调研。通过调研,我们深刻地认识到高技能人才职业基础素质教育势在必行,高等职业技术院校应该加强高技能人才职业基础素质教学的研究和探索。
The vocational quality education of high-skilled personnel is an important issue in the teaching reform of vocational and technical colleges today. It is related to the orientation of talent cultivation and the positioning of qualified personnel training in vocational and technical colleges. To this end, we selected more than 20 enterprises in Qingdao to carry out a special survey on “the basic quality of vocational skills of highly-skilled personnel and the requirements of highly-skilled personnel for their professional basic qualifications.” Through investigation and research, we have realized that it is imperative for vocational basic quality education of highly-skilled personnel to be studied and explored in higher vocational and technical colleges and universities.
