本文通过认真调研分析发现,近些年松桃房地产市场发展十分迅速,投资规模日益扩大,但仍然存在一些问题,并提出四点相应对策:加强房屋权属登记管理,切实解决房屋登记中的历史遗留问题;改进和完善物业管理,提高行业服务质量;以长效监管为目标,探索创新房地产市场监管机制;科学引导,全面提升住宅建设整体水平。
Through careful investigation and analysis, this paper finds that in recent years, the real estate market of Songtao has developed rapidly and its investment scale has been expanding day by day. However, some problems still exist and four countermeasures are put forward: to strengthen the management of tenancy ownership and effectively solve the history in the registration of houses Legacy problems; improve and perfect the property management, improve the service quality of the industry; to long-term supervision as the goal, explore innovative real estate market regulatory mechanisms; scientific guidance, and comprehensively enhance the overall level of housing construction.
