中国乌头及熟附片有降低大鼠肾上腺內抗坏血酸含量的作用。其作用不被戊巴比妥钠及氯丙嗪所阻断,但能被考的松部分阻断。作用的有效成分系生物碱。乌头碱亦同样有降低作用。熟附片煎剂能增加大鼠尿中17-酮类固醇的排泄,减少大鼠末梢血液中嗜酸性白血球数,大剂量并能抑制大鼠蛋清性足肿。
Chinese aconite and cooked with film can reduce the content of adrenal ascorbic acid in rats. Its role is not blocked by sodium pentobarbital and chlorpromazine, but can be partially blocked by the test of pine. The active ingredient is alkaloid. Aconitine also reduce the role. Cooked attached decoction can increase excretion of rat urinary 17-keto steroid, reduce the number of peripheral blood eosinophils in rats, large doses and can inhibit rat egg-type foot swelling.
