目的 研究中枢α2 去甲肾上腺素受体在大鼠点燃模型的作用。方法 建立大鼠杏仁核点燃和戊四唑 (pentylenetetrazol)点燃模型 ,测定α2 受体激动剂可乐定 (clonidine) 0 .0 1~ 5 .0mg·kg-1ip对发作行为和后放电的影响 ,并用α2 受体阻断剂育亨宾(yohimbine) 2mg·kg-1ip预处理 ,再观察可乐定对点燃的影响。结果 可乐定对大鼠杏仁核点燃和戊四唑点燃均呈剂量依赖性抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,育亨宾完全反转可乐定对点燃的抑制作用。结论 中枢突触后α2 去甲肾上腺素受体参与大鼠杏仁核电刺激点燃和戊四唑化学点燃的调控作用
Objective To study the role of central α2-norepinephrine receptor in rat model. Methods A rat model of amygdala and pentylenetetrazol litigation was established. The effect of clonidine 0 .01 ~ 5. 0 mg · kg-1ip on the episodes and post discharges was determined. α2 receptor blocker yohimbine 2mg · kg-1ip pretreatment, and then observe the impact of clonidine on the ignition. Results Clonidine exerted a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on amygdala lighting and pentylenetetrazole (P <0.01) in rats, and yohimbine reversed the effect of clonidine on ignition completely. Conclusions Central post-synaptic α2-norepinephrine receptors are involved in the regulation of electrical stimulation of amygdala and chemical ignition of penta tetrazolium in rats
