(农业部渔业局李健华局长曾经提到:渔业发展要更加体现以人为本的精神,要体现对生产者的关怀。因此渔民权益的维护问题,渔区渔村的建设问题,对渔民这个弱势群体的保护、保障问题,物权法的问题、渔业权的研究,还有渔业的政策性保险,包括我们现在提出的渔港经济区建没,渔民转产转业培训,等等,我们做这些工作,都是想体现政府对渔民的关心和关爱。我们的宣传、政务信息工作,应该更加体现人文的精神、以人为本的精神,体现科学的发展观,体现城乡统筹,体现构建和谐社会的要求。)
(Secretary Li Jianhua of the Ministry of Fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture once mentioned that the development of fishery should reflect the people-oriented spirit more and reflect the concern for the producers, therefore, the protection of rights and interests of fishermen, the construction of fishing villages in fishing areas, the protection of the vulnerable groups of fishermen, Protection issues, property law, fisheries rights research, as well as policy-oriented insurance for fisheries, including the fishing port economic zone proposed by us now, the conversion of fishermen to other places, and so on. All we do is to reflect the government’s Fishermen’s concern and love.Our propaganda and government affairs information work should reflect the spirit of humanism, people-oriented spirit, reflect the scientific concept of development, reflect urban and rural co-ordination, and reflect the requirements of building a harmonious society.
