近些年来,随着我国基础建设规模的不断扩大,建筑行业已经成为我国重要的产业之一。由于市场的需求量越来越大,各类相关的企业的发展前景也开始变得相对的广阔。然而,由于没有具体的市场竞争规范,国内各类企业形成了一哄而上的格局,从而导致建筑行业出现无序的竞争。面对复杂的形势,企业如何使自己在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出?这是企业迫切需要考虑的问题。随着工程管理工作重要性的凸显,做好企业的管理工作不但有助于提高企业的施工效率、降低施工成本,而且对于提高企业的核心竞争力有着重要的作用。本文从建筑工程施工中的成本管理、质量管理、安全管理等方面来进行阐述,从而为我国的建筑工程管理工作提供一些建议。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China’s infrastructure construction, the construction industry has become one of China’s important industries. Due to the increasing market demand, the development prospects of various related enterprises have also begun to become relatively broad. However, because there is no specific market competition norms, all kinds of domestic enterprises have formed a mass-market pattern, leading to disorderly competition in the construction industry. Facing the complex situation, how to make themselves stand out in the fierce competition? This is an urgent need to consider business issues. With the importance of project management highlighted, doing a good job of enterprise management will not only help to improve the construction efficiency of enterprises and reduce construction costs, but also play an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article elaborates from the aspects of cost management, quality control and safety management in construction engineering so as to provide some suggestions for construction management in our country.
