随着当前改革开放的不断深化,我国的经济逐渐向集约型转化,在此基础上,我国的企业进入了一个新兴的发展阶段。但是随着市场经济的不断深化,我国的职工普遍暴露出一些问题,职工素质太低在很大程度上影响着企业的建设和发展。要想让企业的职工摆脱落后的思想观念,就必须加强教育,提高职工素质。新时期,在加强职工教育方面,势必需要结合实际,在职工的教育中加强重视。
With the deepening of the current reform and opening up, China’s economy has gradually transformed itself into an intensive one. On this basis, our enterprises have entered a new stage of development. However, with the continuous deepening of the market economy, some problems have generally been exposed to the workers and staff members in our country. Too low the quality of the staff and workers greatly affects the construction and development of the enterprises. In order to get rid of the outdated ideas and concepts of employees in enterprises, we must step up education and improve the quality of staff and workers. In the new period, in the aspect of strengthening education for workers, it is bound to be emphasized in the education of workers in light of reality.
